What's up, everybody!

Yesterday was the first day of Spring, and springtime always means new beginnings. The earth rejuvenates and comes back to life with buds on the trees and wildflowers on the mountainsides. It's always a little bittersweet for me because it means that I have to trade in my skis for hiking boots, and the carvings in the snow will be replaced by campfires crackling and campsites.

The seasonal shift also means a revitalization of goals. With the spring comes energy. I have found that with the sun staying up later, I have been increasingly more energetic and enthusiastic about chasing after the goals I set earlier this year. I feel like with the Spring I've hit this period of detoxing the negativity from my thoughts, clarification in what is my why, and overall optimism every day. And, in Denver, Spring came early! With the days getting longer, I encourage you to think about what energizes you. Check in with yourself to see where you are on your journey towards your goals and pursuits.

And, while it is a little bittersweet that the winter months are coming to an end, at least for me in Colorado, Spring brings about another set of new beginnings. Happy adventuring!
