YO it's Yoga Flow Friday.
As you all know by now, I'm an avid CorePower-goer, and I've incorporated a mix of C2 (hot vinyasa) and Yoga Sculpt into my weekly practice. One of my bigger goals for 2018 is to become a certified yoga instructor by completing the 200-hour teacher training this summer. Yoga has changed my life mentally, physically, and spiritually. I've met so many inspirational and incredibly kind people through CPY, and it's become a part of who I am.
I started filming flows I created, and ones I've practiced in class in hopes of understanding certain movements and transitions. I'm trying to get better with each series that I do, so any tips, ideas and practices that you all enjoy send my way!
